Topoterra Terms

Updated October 26, 2026. These terms describe Topoterra, the creative sandbox from Ka’ blooie Games LLC. The app is currently in development; features and availability may change.

Playing Topoterra

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the platform from which you obtain it. The app and its original art, code, audio, and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders. Your permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials.

When the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply unless a separate app license is provided.

Free tools and optional purchases

The core hand tools, shovel, and bucket are intended as free tools. The construction collection is planned as an optional purchase. Current local purchase testing is simulated and does not charge you. Any live purchase will show its actual price and terms through the App Store before you confirm it. Production pricing and availability have not been announced.

Apple handles App Store payment and refund processes under its applicable policies. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Achievement badges are cosmetic keepsakes; they have no cash value and are not financial rewards.

Your worlds and profile

The current build saves worlds, settings, and your player profile on your device. Apple and Google sign-in and cloud synchronization are not enabled. Autosave and undo help during play but do not guarantee recovery after app deletion, device failure, or every interruption. Duplicate a world before experimenting. World deletion asks for confirmation and cannot be undone through the app.

Community and support

Our Discord community is optional and governed by its own rules and Discord’s terms. Please be respectful and do not share unlawful content or another person’s private information. Use external services only if you meet their age and account requirements. For support, contact support@kablooiegames.com.

Development and availability

Topoterra is an evolving game. Development previews and concept art illustrate its direction and may differ from the app. We may update features to improve play, reliability, or compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will support every feature. Any warranties, remedies, and limitations are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.

Our Privacy notice explains the current data practices. We may revise these terms as the game evolves and will update the date above. Contact us with any questions before using features you do not understand.
