Topoterra Privacy

This notice describes the current Topoterra app and its product website. Updated October 26, 2026. Topoterra is developed by Ka’ blooie Games LLC.

Your worlds stay on your device

The current app stores terrain, construction placement, world names and previews, autosave and backup data, undo history, your local player name, earned badges, and sound and gameplay settings on your device. We do not operate a Topoterra cloud account or receive these saved worlds or profile details.

Apple and Google sign-in are not active in this build. If online accounts or cloud sync are introduced, this notice will be updated before those features are enabled.

Audio and device features

Sound effects play locally. Topoterra does not use the microphone to record you, and the current app does not request camera, contacts, or location access. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.

Purchases

The construction collection is currently tested with Apple’s local purchase simulator. It does not charge real money. A production App Store purchase, when available, will be handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details. StoreKit can provide the app with transaction and entitlement information to unlock or restore content.

Control and deletion

You can rename, duplicate, or delete saved worlds in the world library. Deleting a world removes its library entry and associated saved files from the app; there is no in-app recovery for that deletion. Your local profile and settings remain separate from individual worlds. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to device backups that you manage with Apple. Offloading an app is different from deleting it and may retain data. Contact us if you need help.

Website, support, and community

This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The Topoterra page’s sound preview runs in your browser and does not record audio. Other studio pages may offer optional analytics as described in our website analytics notice.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Discord is an optional external community, governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. Opening Apple, Google, or other external links is subject to those services’ policies.

Younger players

The current app’s local sandbox does not ask children to submit personal information to us. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and external community links and follow the age requirements of those services. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Questions and changes

Contact support@kablooiegames.com for privacy questions or deletion requests concerning information you sent to support. We keep support correspondence as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. We will revise this notice when the product’s data practices change.
